My story of losing fat
My story of losing fat
1. My weight in July 2007 was about 75kg. Seven months later, my weight was about 60kg.
2. The difference in body shape is very obvious as can be seen in the picture!
3. Before July 2007, I did put effort to lose weight, but it was an exercise in futility. I need about two to three months to lose just 1 kg. It is not motivating at all.
4. I used stationary cycle, ran up the staircases from ground to 15th floor and ate less but all this was not effective.
5. In July 2007, my friends introduced me to fat loss program. At that time, my weight was 75kg and my body fat percentage was 26.4% (falls under obese category).
6. Fat loss program involves specially designed workouts, proper eating habits and right supplementation with regular mentoring and supervision. Skipping meal was FORBIDDEN under this program. In other words, I was introduced to healthier and balanced lifestyle.
7. I followed the program faithfully and the result was almost instantaneous. I lost 2 kg in the first month itself.
8.In about seven months, I lost 15 kg! I was losing about 2 kg every month EASILY unlike earlier attempt where losing 1 kg took many months.
9. My fat percentage gone down to 22% (acceptable level) and later to about 16% (fit level).10. I ACHIEVE THIS SUCCESS WITHOUT EVEN GOING TO GYM!

Lose Fat NOT Lose Weight
Lose Fat NOT Lose Weight
1. Our body is made of muscle, fat and water. Water is the main component, because almost 70% of our body is made of water.
2. Many people will do anything, from skipping meals to exercising and watching what they eat to attain their dream figure.
3. What is the difference between losing fat and losing weight? Losing fat means, all endeavors are geared towards losing fat only whereas losing weight means one loses not only fat, but also muscle and water.
4. It is very unhealthy to lose too much water and muscle. Yes, one can lose 5 or 6 kgs or more within days, but that will be mainly muscle and water, and very little of fat, which should the prime target.
5. When someone put effort to lose weight, the result will be from big pear or apple to smaller pear or apple shape body. THIS IS NOT THE AIM OF PEOPLE!
6. People who lose weight will in the end gain more weight from when they started weight lost program. This is because they lost muscle and water, and when they return to normal diet, they end up storing fat instead of muscle.
7. It’s the dream and hope people to attain dream figure, be it hour glass or V shape. As such, one should put effort on losing fat and not losing weight.
8. Since muscle is heavier than fat, someone with more muscle will be heavier although he or she may look slimmer than those who are lighter in weight. The example given next may illustrate this scenario: one kg of iron is definitely smaller in size when compared to 100 gram of cotton although iron is heavier here. As such, someone with less fat at 60 may have dream figure whereas those with more fat at same weight of 60 kg may look chubbier or fatter.
9. Ladies will never have to worry of developing bulging muscles as they don’t have enough testosterone hormones. On the contrary, they can always look forward to a beautiful figure if they followed proper fat loss program.
10. Have enough muscle is very important as it needs lots of calories for maintenance, thus muscle maintenance will ensure fat burning, thereby, less fat is stored in body.
11. Slimming programs that causes muscle depletion, in long run, or earlier, will cause one to regain whatever lost fat and it will be much harder to lose fat in future.
